About me

Hello, my name is Priscilla (she/her). My social work journey began in 2015 with AmeriCorps and has since led me to this moment. My professional background includes working in public child welfare, community mental health, and agency settings.

Personally, I am a transracial adoptee (Taiwanese) who is neurodivergent (autistic, OCD) and the mother of a toddler. I am also a sister, an ally, a witness, and a story holder.

Welcome to my website, please take a look around and reach out if you have any questions.

Services Offered

What I Do

I offer telehealth counseling to individuals residing in Oregon. I walk alongside humans struggling with symptoms that could be associated with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, relational challenges (both with oneself and others), depression, and grief. I also name and call out the ways that systemic oppression impacts individual and community mental health. My hope is that individual healing can lead to broader community healing.

I work with individuals ages 14 and up. Some populations that I have an affinity for include: people of the global majority/BIPOC folks, transracial adopted persons/adoptees, neurodivergent individuals, disabled individuals, and parents/caregivers.

Who I Serve

I completed EMDR training in December 2025. I also pull from CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS. I firmly believe that no intervention replaces the power of an attuned therapeutic relationship.
