My offerings

I offer individual therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. My self-pay rate is $150 per 60 minute session.

    • Navigating challenging familial relationships

    • Adoptee identity formation, searching, reunion, estrangement

    • Helping individuals find and listen to their truest self

    • Dismantling internalized racism, oppression, and other harmful beliefs

    • Working through areas of stuckness

    • Befriending emotions

    • Identifying patterns of behavior or ways of getting needs met that may no longer be helpful

    • Building a greater sense of compassion for oneself

    • Exploring neurodivergence and how to build up supports that are affirming and effective
